Dear Friends,
Last night, we launched a new website with a COVID-19 section dedicated to keeping you informed of how to best care for your pets during this disruption, as well as the most current changes the shelter will be going through to remain open and operational through this challenging time.
We're at the same address as before: www.berksarl.org
Police Chief Serafin is requesting that everyone lock their vehicle doors. Vehicles with unlocked doors are being invaded. Residents should be aware of their surroundings. Police Chief Serafin is urging anyone noticing suspicious activity to notify the police directly, rather than reacting to social media. If you see anyone or anything that appears skeptical or dubious, please contact the non-emergency number of CBRPD 610.655.4911 and request a Central Berks Police Officer.
